Adani Realty Plans Mumbai Premium and Luxury Housing Launches
Adani Realty plans to build several expensive homes in Mumbai.
One project in Goregaon West will have more than 1,000 apartments.
Most of those homes will have two or three bedrooms.
Another project in Bandra Reclamation will be much more luxurious and sold only to invited buyers.
It will offer large homes, very large customizable penthouses, and a branded club.
Both projects are still completing their approvals, although some work has started at the Bandra site.
Adani will also build replacement homes for current Motilal Nagar residents.
The company says it will develop some other land gradually, especially where better roads are needed first.
Adani Realty plans to launch premium and luxury housing projects in Mumbai this year.
The first 5-6 acres of its Goregaon West redevelopment will include 1,300-1,400 homes priced at ₹34,000-35,000 per sq. ft.
Its invitation-only Bandra Reclamation project will initially offer about 140 homes of roughly 5,000 sq. ft. at around ₹1.2 lakh per sq. ft.
The Bandra project will include customizable 10,000-20,000 sq. ft. penthouses and a branded club, with strong interest from domestic high-net-worth individuals.
