DS Group Ends Läderach Partnership
DS Group, a company in India, has decided to stop working with a Swiss chocolate company called Läderach.
They had been partners for almost two years, but DS Group felt that Läderach didn't fit with their plans and values anymore.
DS Group had three special chocolate stores for Läderach in big shopping places in India.
They also bought another chocolate company called LuvIt last year.
Now, they will look for new partners that match their goals better.
DS Group ended its exclusive partnership with Swiss chocolate brand Läderach after nearly two years.
The decision was made after a strategic review, citing misalignment with core values and long-term vision.
DS Group operated three exclusive Läderach boutiques in DLF Emporio, Jio World Plaza, and DLF Chanakya.
The partnership was announced in August 2023, with DS Group repackaging and distributing Läderach products in India.
DS Group had previously acquired Good Stuff Pvt Ltd, owner of the LuvIt chocolate brand, in June 2023.
