Shiromani Akali Dal Launches Early Campaign Ahead Of Punjab Elections
The Shiromani Akali Dal is starting its campaign early for Punjab's 2027 election.
It has already held rallies and organisational programmes across the state.
From October 6, Sukhbir Singh Badal will visit homes in all 117 Assembly constituencies.
Party workers will ask people for ideas for the election manifesto.
The manifesto will be released on November 1.
A large bus journey across Punjab will begin on November 10.
Harsimrat Kaur Badal will lead a women's campaign against drugs from October 5.
The party will also hold a large rally in Moga on December 8.
These activities are meant to keep the party connected with voters well before election season.
