Raina Urges Innovative Training for India's Test Woes
Suresh Raina, a former Indian cricket player, said that the recent losses in Test matches are not the fault of the coach, Gautam Gambhir.
He believes the players should take responsibility for the team's poor performance.
Raina mentioned that the team has done well in white-ball cricket under Gambhir's coaching.
He also talked about the challenges of playing different formats of cricket and the importance of domestic cricket performances.
Raina is looking forward to the upcoming ODI series against South Africa, where key players like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will return.
He also discussed the Indian Softball Cricket League and its role in developing young cricket talent.
Additionally, Raina urged the team to play more first-class cricket to improve their batting skills and adapt to different conditions.
Ravindra Jadeja, an experienced all-rounder, expressed hope that the young players will learn from this experience and mature as players.
Suresh Raina defends Gautam Gambhir, blaming players for India's recent Test losses.
India's poor Test performance includes a whitewash by New Zealand and a loss to South Africa.
Raina credits Gambhir's coaching for India's success in white-ball cricket.
