19-Year-Old Arrested in Delhi Hit-and-Run Case
A 19-year-old man named Vishnu has been arrested in Delhi for a hit-and-run.
He hit a pedestrian with his motorcycle on September 25th on Sadar Thana Road.
The pedestrian was seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
