Kynan Chenai Targets Asian Games Glory, Praises India’s Shooting Strength

Kynan Chenai is an Indian athlete who competes in trap shooting.

In this sport, athletes use shotguns to hit fast-moving targets.

Kynan started shooting when he was 10 years old because his father introduced him to the sport.

He has competed for India at the 2016 Rio Olympics and won medals at the Asian Games.

He says shooters must be physically fit and ready for wind, rain, heat, and bright sunlight.

They also practise concentration, quick reactions, and mental strength.

If he misses a target, he tries to forget it quickly and focus on the next one.

Kynan is now preparing for the 2026 Asian Games in Japan.

He plans to trust his coaches, follow his routine, and take the competition one step at a time.
