Gujarat HC Rejects Pregnancy Termination Plea
A 17-year-old girl who was raped by her brother asked the court to end her 8-month pregnancy.
The court said no because it could be dangerous for her.
They also said the government should pay for the baby's care until it can be adopted.
The baby will be taken care of by special doctors and then given to a good family.
Gujarat High Court rejected a 17-year-old rape survivor's plea to terminate her 8-month pregnancy.
The court cited potential life threats as the reason for rejection.
