Eastern Railway has medical teams working day and night at Deoghar and Jasidih stations.

They also helped a confused pilgrim who was suffering from heat exhaustion.

Doctors gave him oral rehydration solution and watched him until he became alert again.

Railway staff also provided wheelchairs, resting spaces, water and toilets.

These services are meant to help pilgrims travel home safely and avoid more serious health problems.
