KTU Board Meeting Adjourned Due to Low Attendance, Budget Unresolved

A meeting at KTU, a university, had to stop because not enough people showed up.

This was a meeting of the board, a group that helps run the university, and they needed a certain number of people there to make decisions.

Because too few people came, they couldn't talk about the university's budget.

The Governor, who is in charge, was there and was not happy with the low attendance and asked for the names of people who did not come.
