Chef Gaggan Anand is opening his first restaurant in India after 20 years away.

The restaurant is called Raga and will be in Delhi.

It is being created with entrepreneur Zorawar Kalra’s restaurant company.

Raga will serve creative Indian food in many small courses.

Some dishes will be inspired by Anand’s famous Bangkok restaurant.
