Microsoft Leader Shares 25-Year Journey from IIT Failure to Success

Priyanka Vergadia, a senior director at Microsoft, recently shared her inspiring journey on social media.

She failed the IIT entrance exam twice, which was very hard for her.

But she didn't give up.

She went to a different engineering college and later moved to the United States for her studies.

She faced many challenges, like finding internships and dealing with self-doubt.

Over the years, she worked hard and changed her career path, eventually joining Google and then Microsoft.

She also wrote books, spoke at TED, and got an MBA from Wharton School.

Her story shows that failure is not the end but the beginning of success.

She wants others to know that their timeline is their own and to dream big.
