Pune District Hit by Identity Theft and Land Scams
In Pune, two big scams have happened.
First, a young man's Aadhaar and PAN card were stolen to take loans worth Rs 4,02,462 from banks.
The second scam involved a 65-year-old man who was tricked into giving Rs 69 lakh for land that he never received.
The police are investigating both cases.
These scams show how important it is to keep personal documents safe and be careful when dealing with land deals.

The land scam involved multiple accused who promised land but misappropriated the funds.
Both cases are under investigation by the Nigdi Police and Bavdhan Police.
