University Produces Fake Doctors for Rs 30,000 Each
A university in Madhya Pradesh, India, has been running illegal medical courses.
They have been giving out degrees in a type of medicine that the government does not recognize.
Over 290 students have graduated from this course, each paying Rs 30,000.
These graduates are not real doctors and have been treating patients, leading to several tragic incidents.
The university admitted that they never got approval for this course and do not know where these graduates are practicing.
This has raised concerns about the safety of patients and the lack of regulation in the medical field.
Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University in Bhopal has been offering unrecognized Electro-Homoeopathy courses since 2022-23.
294 students have graduated, each paying Rs 30,000 for a degree that holds no legal validity.
The university admitted that no approval was ever granted for this course, and the government has no record of where these graduates are practicing.
Multiple deaths and medical mishaps have been linked to graduates of this course, including a 14-year-old boy who died after receiving a wrong injection.
Electro-homoeopathy has no legal status in India, and its practitioners cannot legally treat patients, prescribe medicines, or administer injections.
