SIES Honors Assam CM, Scientists, Dabbawalas
The 28th SIES National Eminence Awards will take place on December 13, 2024, at 6 p.m.
at Shanmukhananda Hall.
This year, the awards will honor several distinguished Indians, including Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma for Public Leadership, scientists Dr A Sivathanu Pillai and Dr Prahlada Ramarao for Science and Technology, the Mumbai Dabbawalas for Community Leadership, and Dr Mani Dravid Sastrigal for Social Leadership and Philosophy.
The awards include a cash prize of Rs 2.5 lakh, a brass lamp, a shawl, a citation, and other mementos.
