IVRI Students Protest Stipend, Demand Rs 25,000 Monthly

They say they get Rs 3,000 each month, but only for six months.
Their required internship lasts a full year.
They want Rs 25,000 each month for all 12 months.
They also want the institute to explain how stipends are decided and respond in writing by a set time.
They compared their stipend with higher amounts they say are paid at other veterinary institutions.
The students have exams later this month and want action before their internships begin.
They said their protest would remain peaceful and would not interrupt animal care.
