Mahadhan Agritech, Haifa Group to Build Fertilizer Plant in India
Mahadhan Agritech, a part of Deepak Fertilisers, is teaming up with Haifa Group from Israel to build a new plant in India.
This plant will produce fertilizers that dissolve in water, which are currently imported.
The factory might be built in Gujarat, Maharashtra, or Karnataka.
These fertilizers are especially good for crops like fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
Mahadhan is also expanding its products for pulses and soybeans.
They have set a sales target of 3.2 lakh tonnes.
Mahadhan Agritech plans to establish a water-soluble fertilizer plant with Haifa Group.
The plant may be located in Gujarat, Maharashtra, or Karnataka.
Water-soluble fertilizers are not currently manufactured in India and are imported.
Water-soluble fertilizers are more effective and lead to improved crop yield and quality.
