South Africa Adjusts T20 World Cup Squad

South Africa's cricket team had to make some changes to their squad for the T20 World Cup.

Two players, Tony de Zorzi and Donovan Ferreira, got hurt and can't play.

So, the team brought in Ryan Rickelton and Tristan Stubbs to replace them.

Another player, David Miller, also got hurt, but they're not sure yet if he can play in the tournament.

South Africa will start their matches in the T20 World Cup against Canada on February 9th.

They are in Group D and will also play against Afghanistan, New Zealand, and the UAE.

The team will assemble on January 23 and depart for India on February 1.

Former all-rounder Chris Morris commented on the injuries, saying it's unfortunate but part of the intense schedule.

He praised the performances of players like Kagiso Rabada, Keshav Maharaj, and George Linde, highlighting their importance for the team's success.
