Vav-Tharad District Appoints First Collector, DDO
A new district called Vav-Tharad has been created.
The government has appointed its first leaders.
J S Prajapati will be the Collector, and Kartik Jivani will be the District Development Officer, or DDO.
Before this, Prajapati worked in Morbi.
Prajapati was promoted to a higher government position in 2014.
This means Vav-Tharad now has its first officials to start the district's work.
The newly formed district of Vav-Tharad has appointed its first Collector and District Development Officer.
J S Prajapati is appointed as the new Collector.
Kartik Jivani is appointed as the new DDO.
The announcement was made on Tuesday.
J S Prajapati previously served as District Development Officer of Morbi.
