AP Approves Rs 140-Crore ITC-Branded Hotel in Nellore
The Andhra Pradesh government has approved a big project to build a four-star hotel in Nellore.
The hotel, which will be part of the 'Welcomhotel by ITC' brand, will cost Rs 139.92 crore.
The government is giving many benefits to the company building the hotel, like paying back some taxes and giving discounts on electricity and other charges.
