Mohan Bhagwat urges Hindu inclusivity, diaspora loyalty and grassroots change
Mohan Bhagwat spoke about how people should live together peacefully.
He said a Hindu should not want Muslims removed from India.
He believes all people are connected and have equal dignity.
He also said Indians living in the United States should be loyal to the country where they live and work.
Helping India is allowed, but he said it should come after their responsibilities in the United States.
Bhagwat argued that politics alone cannot solve social problems.
He believes ordinary people and communities must help create change.
He also said religions may have different rituals, while humanity and truth are shared.
Mohan Bhagwat said Hindus who want Muslims excluded from Bharat are contradicting the principle of Hindutva.
He said all people have inherent dignity and that humanity is fundamentally one despite differences in religion and identity.
Bhagwat told the Bharatiya diaspora to remain loyal first to the United States, their place of work and residence.
He said contributing to India after fulfilling duties abroad is optional rather than obligatory.
Bhagwat argued that social transformation should begin with society and public opinion, not rely solely on politicians or government institutions.
