Brazilian Bartender Blends Cocktails With Indian Spices in Mumbai

Marcio Silva is a bartender from Brazil who recently visited Mumbai.

He made drinks at Loya using ingredients from Brazil and spices from India.

He says both countries have many different plants, flavors, and climates.

Silva likes bringing the ingredients together to make new cocktails.

One drink he especially likes is called Algoz.

He says Indian spices can build many flavors without one taking over.
