Samsung Raises Prices on Select Phones in India
Samsung is making some of its phones more expensive in India.
The Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy F17 will cost more starting today.
The Galaxy A56 will be Rs 2,000 more, the Galaxy A36 will be Rs 1,500 more, and the Galaxy F17 will be Rs 1,000 more.
It's not clear if the really expensive Samsung phones, like the Galaxy S25 or Galaxy Z Fold 7, will also get more expensive.
But there's a rumor that the new Galaxy S26 phones won't be affected by this price increase.
Samsung is increasing prices for Galaxy A56, A36, and F17 in India starting January 5, 2026.
