Congress Accuses BJP of Donation Theft at Ram Temple
Congress leader Pramod Tiwari says that the BJP stole money from the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
He says the theft started a long time ago, even before the temple was built.
Tiwari also says the BJP never really wanted the temple, just wanted to keep the idea alive.
He accuses Prime Minister Narendra Modi of doing a ceremony on an unfinished temple and not inviting the religious leaders.
The temple trust is now watching how money is handled with cameras and a special investigation team.
Some people who stole money have been arrested.
The investigation is still going on.
Congress wants the truth to be found and the people who stole the money to be punished.
Congress leader Pramod Tiwari accuses BJP of stealing donations at the Ram Mandir, claiming the theft began during the Shila Pujan ceremony.
Tiwari alleges the BJP never intended to build the temple, only to keep the issue alive, and criticizes Prime Minister Narendra Modi for conducting an incomplete consecration.
He claims the temple trust appointed members based on Modi’s preference and that the theft of offerings was institutionalised under former general secretary Champat Rai.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has intensified monitoring, using videographic surveillance and a Special Investigation Team probe.
Multiple accused have been arrested and the investigation into the alleged donation theft is ongoing.
