Nellore MLA Launches 'One-to-One' Initiative to Boost Cadre Morale
The Nellore Rural MLA, Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, is talking to about 1,000 party members face-to-face.
He wants to know what they think about how the party is doing, how he's doing, and if local problems are being solved.
He's asking about their families and helping where he can.
This is different from just talking to them during elections.
This effort, called 'One-to-One Talk,' is designed to improve communication and help the party.
The MLA also helped with 339 infrastructure projects earlier this year.
Some people think he is doing this to impress party leaders.
