Arshad Warsi Reveals Why Munna Bhai Chale America Was Shelved

Arshad Warsi, who played Circuit in the Munna Bhai movies, recently explained why the third movie, Munna Bhai Chale America, was never made.

He said the story was too similar to Shah Rukh Khan's movie My Name Is Khan, which involved meeting the US president.

The director, Rajkumar Hirani, didn't want his work to be too similar to another film.

Warsi also shared that he almost didn't take the role of Circuit because he thought it would be forgettable.

However, a tarot card reader convinced him to take the part, and it turned out to be a big success.

Hirani is now working on three new scripts for the third Munna Bhai movie, which Warsi says are much better than most movies today.
