Arbour Exits Paranjape Aspire Six Months Ahead of Schedule
Arbour Investments lent money to help build Paranjape Aspire, a housing project in Mumbai.
The project had 83 homes.
Buyers purchased the homes as construction progressed.
The money from those sales was enough to repay Arbour completely.
The repayment happened six months earlier than planned.
The project did not need a new loan or extra outside money to repay Arbour.
Arbour monitored the project’s accounts and construction throughout the loan.
The homes are now almost ready for their owners.
Paranjape Aspire fully repaid Arbour Investments’ facility on June 30, 2026, six months before maturity.
The repayment came from project receivables generated by home sales and construction progress, without refinancing or external capital.
The 83-home project in Andheri West, Mumbai, was sold out at the reinforced-concrete-frame stage and built on schedule.
Arbour had sanctioned ₹35 crore, although only part of the facility was drawn during the engagement.
The homes are nearing completion and are expected to be handed over ahead of the project’s RERA-committed timeline.
