Elephant Calf Moved to Pilibhit Tiger Reserve
A baby elephant got lost in the forest in Bijnor.
The forest people tried to find its mom but couldn't.
So, they moved the baby to a special place called Pilibhit Tiger Reserve to take care of it.
The baby is very young, so it needs special food and lots of attention.
Doctors and helpers are taking good care of it to make sure it stays healthy and safe.
They are keeping a close eye on it all the time.
A 19-day-old elephant calf was separated from its mother in the Bijnor forest area on December 2.
The forest department attempted to reunite the calf with its mother but was unsuccessful.
The calf was transferred to the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve on December 21 for better care.
Special arrangements, including a 24-hour care team and a veterinarian, have been made for the calf's well-being.
