Elephant Cleverly Disables Electric Fence Using Physics
An Indian Forest Service officer shared a video of an elephant demonstrating impressive problem-solving skills.
The elephant approached an electric fence, used its trunk to push the supporting pole until it fell.
Then, the elephant carefully moved the pole to avoid contact with the wires and safely crossed the now-disabled fence.
This behavior shows how elephants adapt to human-made obstacles, as their habitats are getting smaller.
The elephant's actions are a sign of their intelligence and adaptability, which allows them to live with humans.
