Baywatch Reboot Talks Heating Up at Fox, Classic Series Revived
The classic TV show 'Baywatch' might be coming back!
Fremantle, the company that owns the show, is talking to Fox about making a new version.
They've already started making the old episodes look better by making them high-definition and updating the music.
They even made a special channel just for 'Baywatch' that's doing really well.
The original show was super popular in the 90s, and now they're hoping the reboot will be a hit, too.
Fremantle is in advanced talks with Fox about a 'Baywatch' reboot.
The reboot project officially landed at Fox last spring and is progressing.
Burn Notice creator Matt Nix is on board for rewrites.
The original 'Baywatch' series has been remastered in HD and relaunched.
A dedicated 'Baywatch' FAST channel is Fremantle's second most successful offering.
