Surveillance Enhanced for New Year at Mata Vaishno Devi
The government is making the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine safer for the New Year.
They are using more security guards and special cards called RFID to control who can visit.
There will be extra checks and cameras to watch over crowded areas.
A big meeting was held to plan all this, and the leader told everyone to make sure everything is safe for the visitors.
Multi-tier security grid with police, CRPF, and shrine board security deployed along the Mata Vaishno Devi route.
RFID-based access control enforced to ensure only pilgrims with valid RFID cards can proceed.
