West Bengal adds UV threads to Class 12 marksheets

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) is adding special UV security threads to Class 12 marksheets and pass certificates.

These threads are invisible to the naked eye but can be seen under UV light.

This new feature makes it very hard for anyone to copy or change the marksheets.

The idea is similar to the security features on money.

The council decided to do this because there have been cases of fake marksheets.

Now, schools, employers, and universities can easily check if the documents are real.

This helps keep the documents safe and trustworthy.
