Maharashtra Engineering Admissions Leave 50,841 Seats Vacant After CAP Rounds
Maharashtra finished four rounds of engineering admissions for the 2026-27 academic year.
More than 1.52 lakh students have received seats.
About 50,841 CAP seats are still empty.
These seats can now be offered directly by colleges.
Another 15,683 seats are available through the management quota.
Computer Engineering was the most popular course.
Pune had the highest number of students joining engineering colleges.
Admissions through these remaining routes will continue until September 14.
