Trump's secret plane switch leaves journalists feeling deceived
A very important leader, the President of the United States, went on a big airplane trip.
He was flying from a country called Turkey to another country called the United Kingdom.
Some people who write news stories were on the same plane.
During the trip, the President secretly moved to a different, special military airplane.
This happened because there was a worry about danger from a country called Iran.
The news writers did not know about the secret move while it was happening.
Later, they found out and said they felt tricked.
They said the people who work for the President should have told them about the danger.
They said they knew trips with the President can be risky, but they still wanted to know what was going on.
The news writers shared their story with a famous newspaper called The Washington Post.
President Donald Trump was secretly moved from Air Force One to a military aircraft during a flight from Turkey to the United Kingdom last month.
The relocation happened amid a reported Iranian threat.
Four journalists aboard the presidential plane told The Washington Post they noticed unusual occurrences only in retrospect.
The reporters expressed disappointment over the White House's lack of transparency and said the government left them feeling deceived.
The journalists acknowledged the inherent risks of traveling with the president but believed they deserved to be informed about the specific threat.
