EPF Form 10C: Eligibility, Benefits, Documents and Claim Process
Form 10C helps eligible workers deal with the pension part of their retirement savings.
This pension part is funded by the employer.
A worker who leaves before completing 10 years of eligible service may be able to withdraw the eligible amount.
Instead of withdrawing, some workers can request a scheme certificate.
The certificate keeps a record of their pensionable service for a future EPFO-covered job.
Age and years of service determine which benefit is available.
Claims can be made online through the EPFO portal with bank and mobile-phone verification.
