Calcutta High Court Judge Recuses Over Alleged Chamber Record Access
A judge in the Calcutta High Court was handling a bail case involving Sujit Bose.

They allegedly asked staff to bring out the case records.
The staff refused to do so.
The judge said this behavior could have had a hidden purpose.
She therefore stepped away from the case and asked the Acting Chief Justice to examine the matter.
