Rahul Bose Faces Legal Challenge Over Domicile Certificate
Rahul Bose, a famous actor and former rugby player, is in trouble because someone named Diviya Kumari Jubbal says he got a special paper (domicile certificate) from Himachal Pradesh to become the boss of Rugby India.
The court has asked Rahul Bose and others to explain why they think this is okay.
Diviya says Rahul already has papers from Maharashtra and shouldn't have one from Himachal.
Rahul needs this paper to get votes from Himachal to stay in his position.
The court wants everyone to explain their side by December 18.
