Market Intermediaries Must Link Investor Accounts To Validated UPI IDs

Trading and margin accounts are covered.
Other accounts shared with investors from time to time are covered too.
Exchanges told market intermediaries to finish the change by September 6.
The instruction is part of efforts to fight payment fraud.
