Teachers' Federation Seeks PM Modi's Intervention on TET Ruling
The Telangana United Teachers’ Federation has asked Prime Minister Modi to help teachers who were hired before 2010.
The Supreme Court said these teachers must pass a test called TET, but the federation thinks it's unfair because these teachers were hired under old rules and have worked for many years.
They want the government to change the law to protect these teachers from losing their jobs or promotions.
The federation has sent a letter to the Prime Minister and will also write to all MPs from Telangana to support their cause.
