Maharashtra plans to build a new guest house near Mumbai Airport.
It will be called the Nandgiri State Guest House.
The building will have six floors above four basement levels.
It will include 39 rooms for important visitors and people stopping in transit.
There will also be conference rooms, dining areas and parking for 42 vehicles.
A rooftop gym is planned.
Drivers and security staff will have separate places to stay.
