MP High Court Warns Rajasthan Police Over Missing Newlyweds

A newly married couple asked the court for help after they allegedly faced threats from relatives.

The woman had earlier received an order for police protection.

The couple’s family says police detained them soon afterward.

The husband was reportedly arrested in a criminal case.

The family also says the wife was taken to her relatives.

Police did not produce the couple when the court ordered them to do so.

The court warned the police station chief of a ₹25,000 bailable warrant.

The court also wants the wife and the Jhalawar police chief present at the next hearing.
