Godrej Consumer Q3 Profit Flat Amid Restructuring Costs
Godrej Consumer Products, a big company that makes home and personal care products, recently shared its financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2026.
The company's profit stayed the same as last year at ₹498 crore, but this was because they had to spend a lot of money on restructuring, gratuity, and legal issues.
If you don't count those extra costs, their profit actually grew by 14%.
Their total sales went up by 9% to ₹4,079 crore, mostly because of good sales in India, Africa, the US, and West Asia.
Some markets like Indonesia and Latin America didn't do as well.
The company's boss, Sudhir Sitapati, said that their Indian business did really well, and they are hopeful about keeping their profits growing into the next fiscal year.
Godrej Consumer Products reported a flat net profit of ₹498 crore in Q3 FY26 due to ₹91 crore in exceptional items.
Excluding exceptional items, net profit grew 14% YoY to ₹572 crore.
Consolidated net sales increased 9% YoY to ₹4,079 crore, driven by domestic and international markets.
Overall volume growth was 7%, with standalone India volume growth at 9%.
The company expects high single-digit revenue growth and sustained profitability into FY27.
