Nepal PM Balen Shah to meet India, China envoys
Nepal's Prime Minister Balen Shah, who initially refused to meet foreign envoys individually, has decided to meet with the ambassadors from India and China.
This change comes after his government completed 100 days in office.
Shah will meet both ambassadors on the same day to show that both countries are equally important to Nepal.
This is a shift from his previous policy and also from Nepal's traditional diplomatic practices.
Shah has also started meeting with domestic stakeholders after protests in his first 100 days.
