Deepika Padukone Shifts Focus to Production of 'The Intern'

Deepika Padukone, a popular actress, is changing her role.

Instead of acting, she will now produce the Hindi version of 'The Intern' with Amitabh Bachchan.

Someone else will take her former acting part.

This shift follows discussions about the challenges women face in the workplace after having children.

Konkona Sen Sharma explained that women might face career setbacks and financial difficulties while balancing work and motherhood.

In contrast, men's careers often advance after they become fathers.
