xAI and Cursor Unveil Grok Bot iPhone and Mac App

Imagine you have a robot helper on your phone that can do boring chores for you, like sorting your email.

A new app called Grok Bot does something like that.

Two companies, xAI and Cursor, made it, though some parts of the news story say SpaceX helped instead.

The app works on iPhones and Mac computers, and versions for Windows and Linux computers are available too.

Every Grok Bot gets its very own computer, a bit like giving each helper their own desk.

It can log into apps you already use and finish whole jobs from start to finish.

The bot only comes back to ask you when it really needs your okay.

You can talk to the bot by sending it messages, like texting a friend.

The bot remembers your chats and learns what you like, so it gets better the more you use it.

Right now it is in beta, which means it is a test version that only some paying subscribers can try.
