Prem K. Vora Honored with Rashtriya Ashok Samman

Mr. Prem K. Vora, the President of the Electric Merchants Association (EMA), was awarded the prestigious Rashtriya Ashok Samman (Bharat Samman) at the National Leadership Conclave in New Delhi.

This award recognizes his significant contributions to India's electrical trade sector, his commitment to ethical business practices, and his visionary leadership.

As the youngest President of EMA, Mr. Vora has led the organization with a progressive vision, promoting digital transformation, sustainable business practices through the 'Green Electricals' initiative, and strengthening industry representation.

During the event, he shared his vision for a self-reliant and developed India by 2047, emphasizing the importance of digitization, skill development, fair trade practices, entrepreneurship, and collaboration between industry and government.

He also encouraged the adoption of green technologies in the electrical sector.

Mr. Vora expressed gratitude to the EMA members, his mentors, family, colleagues, and the entire business community for their support.

He has previously been honored with the Global Youth Ambassador Award and the Iconic Emerging Leader in the Electrical Industry award.

The National Leadership Conclave concluded with a pledge to work towards the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, celebrating leaders like Mr. Vora who inspire positive change and contribute to India's growth story.
