Karnataka Contractors Threaten Strike Over Unpaid Bills
Contractors in Karnataka are very upset because the government has not paid them for their work.
They say they have asked the government many times, but no one is listening.
The president of their group, Mr. Manjunath, said that many small contractors are in big trouble because of money problems.
They might even have to close their businesses.
The group also said that there is a lot of corruption in the government departments.
They are so frustrated that they are planning to go on strike until the government pays them.
Karnataka State Contractors Association (KSCA) warns of statewide strike over unpaid bills worth Rs 37,370 crore.
