SCO Members Condemn Strikes on Iran, Warn of Wider Risks
Countries in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation met in Bishkek.
They criticized military strikes on Iran.
They said the strikes could make the world less peaceful and may break international rules.
The countries said disagreements should be solved through talks and diplomacy.
They also said one country should not become safer by making another country less safe.
The group opposed some missile-defence buildups and sanctions imposed by individual countries.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said countries must work together against terrorism.
He also said countries should not use terrorism as a tool of government policy.
