After College Launches All India Performance Arts League for Youth
After College, a group for young people, just had its first birthday!
To celebrate, they started a big online talent show called AIPAL.
Young artists from all over India could show their skills in things like dancing, singing, telling stories, poetry, comedy, and acting.
Lots of people sent in their performances, over 150 for each type of art!
A panel of judges, who are artists themselves, watched everything.
They picked six amazing winners in each category.
The winners get special prizes and a chance to perform at a live AIPAL event coming soon.
This event is meant to help young artists share their talents and encourage everyone to enjoy the arts.
After College celebrated its first anniversary by launching the Online All India Performance Arts League (AIPAL).
AIPAL provided a national platform for young performers across six genres: Dancing, Singing, Storytelling, Performance Poetry, Stand-Up Comedy, and Theatre (Monoact).
The event received an overwhelming response with over 150 entries in each category from across India.
An illustrious panel of artists and cultural figures judged the performances to select six winners.
Following the online event, After College announced the upcoming AIPAL Offline, a live, in-person celebration of performance arts.
