Imagine a new neighborhood being built in Patna!
The Deputy CM helped start construction on a new place called 'Bonus Capital Heights'.
It's going to be a tall building with lots of apartments, built by a company.
There will also be plenty of green spaces like parks.
The project is expected to finish by January 2030.
Deputy CM laid the foundation stone for 'Bonus Capital Heights', a residential township.
The township is being developed by Venus Star Construction Pvt Ltd.
The project will comprise 10 high-rise towers with around 1,100 flats.
The township will feature approximately 85% open and green spaces.
The project is slated to be completed before Jan 2030.
