Anto Augustine Skips Questioning, Plans High Court FIR Challenge

Anto Augustine was asked to answer police questions about comments he made at a public event.

The comments involved marriage documents and were seen as insulting Chief Minister Satheesan.

Augustine did not attend the questioning on Monday.

His lawyer said Augustine was not in the city.

The lawyer also said Augustine plans to ask the Kerala High Court to cancel the police case.

The police case was filed after a complaint by KPCC spokesperson Raju P. Nair.

Police allege that Augustine and two other people kept forged documents and may have worked together.

Investigators are checking where the documents came from and whether they are fake.

Augustine is also facing scrutiny in other cases.
